How do I book the mobile espresso bar for my event?

To book our mobile espresso bar for your event, simply fill out the booking form on our website with your event details. We'll get back to you with a quote and availability within 24 hours.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date is available. However, we can sometimes accommodate bookings on shorter notice, so please reach out even if your event is coming up soon.

What types of events do you serve?

We cater to a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, and more. If you have a special request or a unique event, we're happy to discuss how we can tailor our services to meet your needs.

What types of coffee and drinks do you offer?

Our menu includes a variety of craft coffee options, such as espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and Americanos, as well as non-coffee options like hot chocolate and tea. We also offer a selection of syrups and milk alternatives to customize your drink.

Do you provide options for guests with dietary restrictions?

Yes, while we avoid using nut milks for the sake of those with nut allergies, we do offer oat milk as an alternative to dairy. If you have specific dietary requirements, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

Pricing & Payment

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the duration of the event, the number of guests, and any special requests or additional services. We provide a detailed quote after discussing your event needs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. Payment details will be included in your booking confirmation.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be a percentage of the total quote and is due upon booking confirmation.

Preparation & Clean Up

What do you need from us to set up at the event?

We typically need access to a power outlet and a small space to set up our bar. Our team will handle all aspects of the setup and cleanup, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you and your guests.

How long does setup and cleanup take?

Setup usually takes about 45 - 60 minutes, and cleanup is completed within 60 minutes after the service ends. We strive to be as efficient and unobtrusive as possible.

Policies & Procedures

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the event date will only forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event date may be subject to additional fees.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Our mobile espresso bar is equipped to handle light weather conditions. In case of severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule the service to another date, subject to availability.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured. We can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
